## Your AI Questions, Answered Live
Many organisations have started with AI. Far fewer are seeing a meaningful return.
So whether you're using tools like ChatGPT, Copilot, or something else entirely, the question isn’t what can this do?' but rather *'What outcomes is this actually driving?*
In this live session, AI Strategy Lead Jack Behrns will share what we’re seeing across organisations that are successfully turning AI into measurable outcomes. That includes where AI is genuinely improving productivity, how teams are reducing manual effort, and what separates high-impact initiatives from wasted spend. Jack will also discuss why many AI projects fail to deliver ROI, and how to better prioritise opportunities based on real business impact.
Jack will then lead a 45-minute open Q&A, giving you the opportunity to ask about your own environment, challenges, and where to focus next.
